The consulting services role began in 2006 with the first assignment to represent the owner of the Austonian condominium tower. As Director of Design and Construction, the role included full accountability of design, contractor selection, construction, fixtures, furniture and equipment and related matters for the 850,000 square foot luxury high-rise located in downtown Austin.
